  Introduction   

Perhaps the most widespread spiritual practice is that of mantra or prayer. For even a minimal effect, it is enough to recite a prayer or mantra several times, at least once a day. To experience a positive effect, one should choose a deity, as well as the corresponding prayer or mantra, not out of physical needs, but guided by a spiritual pull.

A consumerist approach is not favored by the gods: it carries an egoistic tone and a touch of pride. Yet any deity can bestow upon a person all manner of riches—both physical and spiritual. To choose the right deity, try to sense where your inner inclination lies: which deity you feel drawn to, which one you wish to resemble, from whom you want to learn, and to whom you are ready to offer spiritual service.

Prayer gradually immerses a person in the stream of consciousness flowing from the deity—a stream in which all who pray to Him/Her bathe. This stream steadily strengthens a person spiritually and physically, nurtures, guides, and advances them. The deity’s stream of consciousness is their thoughts—but on a different level. Those who pray become elements of the divine mind’s thought process. This stream unites worshippers across the world.

It is natural for a human to interact with deities just as it is natural to interact with animals, plants, and minerals. The animal, plant, and mineral realms feed and clothe us on the physical plane; the divine realms feed and clothe us on the spiritual plane. All realms are part of a single whole.

In mantra or prayer practice, some need months, others years, to become attuned to the divine stream and begin interacting with the divine on a new level. Various purifications and cleansings are also required; these are taught by different religions and traditions and lie beyond the scope of this book.

The purpose of this book is to show one method that will enhance your prayer practice. The method will also be useful even if you do not practice or do not intend to practice: the processes set in motion will support you throughout life, in any situation.

Our unconscious mind governs many processes—both at the level of the physical body and at the level of the spiritual body. Our unconscious is the closest friend and ally of our conscious life. Unfortunately, due to various kinds of negativity in life, not all processes maintained by the unconscious are beneficial; some are destructive and negative.

In this book, I propose a way to engage with your unconscious mind and activate a positive process: a process of prayer and purification. In essence, this is a kind of secret prayer or mantra operating at the unconscious, inner level. The prayer or mantra will be recited by you at the unconscious level at all times, nourishing, protecting, and guiding you.

I will now explain in detail how to address your unconscious mind, how to create and launch this process. It is very simple, and anyone can do it—you just need to reflect on my words and descriptions.

Method

The method is very simple to use and completely open. Its essence is the automatic recitation of a mantra or prayer for a duration of your choosing. After launching the protocol, the prayer (mantra) will be recited in a loop, and purification will be carried out for the specified period.

Two protocols are used (instructions for the unconscious). The first is an auxiliary protocol, loaded once, which serves the purpose of purification and is utilized by the main protocol (the main instruction for the unconscious). The second protocol is created by you using a template.

I will now teach you how to create these protocols, load them, and launch them into operation. You launch a protocol for the number of days you wish the prayer or mantra to be recited.

A protocol is a set of instructions (a program) for the unconscious, specifying what to do and how to do it. In my protocol, this means: recite a prayer, heal, develop, and share with the world.

Recommendations

I recommend first launching the protocol for one day. Rest for a day; if you like it and feel well, you can launch it for three days. After the protocol has run for three days, give yourself a rest, and then you can launch it for a longer period: a month, a year, several years — but the protocol’s duration must always be specified in Earth days, so do the calculations accordingly.

If you have launched a protocol for a long period, you can launch another protocol with a different mantra or prayer after some time, but I recommend waiting at least a month from when the previous protocol began working. The intervals are needed so that both your energy and your psyche can adapt to the load.

Strategies for using the protocol can vary. You can launch it for short periods periodically. You can load several protocols into your unconscious, create such an arsenal, and launch the one you need as necessary. You can gradually launch protocols for longer periods, and they will run simultaneously — but most importantly, never launch several protocols at once: this can be harmful. Monitor your well-being and your reality; do not rush and do not chase quantity. In my view, the ideal is to have one, two, or at most three protocols running simultaneously, launched with the intervals I recommended above.

With experience using this method, you will develop your own understanding and opinion on how to optimally use prayer protocols in your life, and how many simultaneously running protocols are right for you.
