The Essence of the Practice
The practice is based on creating a mental helper in the form of a special cauldron with magical fire — it helps to cleanse the mind of “energy dirt.” By “dirt” we mean:
- harmful mental patterns;
- negative beliefs (often unconsciously adopted from others);
- anything that hinders personal growth, health, well‑being, and happiness.
The goal of the practice is to give the subconscious a directive to clear and transform negativity into neutral energy, which is either dispersed or used by the body in a beneficial way.
Description of the Mental Helper
- The mental helper is visualised as a golden cauldron that can take any shape and size at the practitioner’s will. Its main features:
- Magical fire inside. It can burn and transform any negativity into neutral energy. At the same time, everything positive and useful is purified and remains intact.
- Flexible size. You can mentally increase or decrease the cauldron’s size to match the amount of “dirt” you need to clear.
- Personalisation. You can decorate the cauldron with patterns and inscriptions (e.g., the helper’s name) to make the image unique and memorable.
- Self‑sustaining energy. After being “charged” with an energy flow, the helper can maintain its power independently.
Step‑by‑Step Meditation Instructions
Preparation
- Take a comfortable position (sitting or lying down).
- Close your eyes.
- Focus on your breath: inhale and exhale in rhythm with a count, gradually shifting to smooth, natural breathing.
- Sequentially relax your muscles, starting from the tips of your toes and moving upward toward your face.
Creating the Image of the Cauldron
- Visualise a golden cauldron in front of you; customise it with patterns and inscriptions as you like.
- Give it a name — when you say this name, the image should instantly appear in your mind.
- Visualise the magical fire gradually kindling inside the cauldron.
“Charging” the Mental Helper
- Descending flow. Imagine an energy stream coming down from above and passing through the cauldron. Strengthen the flow by counting to 10 — with each count, the cauldron and the fire grow brighter and stronger. Practice for at least 5 minutes.
- Ascending flow. Now imagine an energy stream rising from beneath the ground and filling the cauldron with power. Strengthen it by counting to 10 as well. Practice for at least 5 minutes.
Consolidating the Image
- Look closely at the image once more — patterns, fire, and details.
- Fix in your mind the ability to instantly recall this image at will.
Ending the Meditation
- Shift your attention to your breathing.
- Take several deep breaths, counting them.
- Gradually return to your normal breathing rhythm and a waking state.
